APC can win presidential election, says Amosun

Ogun State Governor Ibikunle Amosun has said the All Progressives Congress (APC) has a good chance to win the presidential election next year. The governor urged members of the party to register in the ongoing exercise to build a formidable membership base that would ensure the victory of the party at the polls. Addressing APC membership registration officials before the exercise started yesterday.

He said: “We must be ready to work round the clock to register as many people as possible in an atmosphere of peace so that when the time of reckoning comes, we can use our votes to fight our political opponents.

“You have to conduct yourselves in an orderly manner. Replicate all you have been taught with good disposition. Our advantage is our interest. As a large family under the umbrella of APC, we should at all times avoid things that distract us. We have a very good chance of being at the Villa in the coming general election.”
